You may request a return or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • Your order arrived damaged during shipping.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

  • For damaged or incorrect items, please provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • The product should be returned with its original box and accessories where possible.

Refunds & Replacements

If approved, you may receive either:
