1. General

Basirah Scents provides premium fragrance products for customers in Pakistan. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our website, products, or services at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Product Information

We strive to display our products, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in product appearance, packaging, or fragrance perception may occur.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product information errors and to refuse or cancel orders resulting from such errors.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Product unavailability

  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information

5. Payment

Orders must be paid using the payment methods available at checkout. For Cash on Delivery (COD), payment must be made upon receiving the order.

6. Shipping

Orders are generally processed and delivered within 3–4 business days. Delivery times may be extended due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order if:

  • The fragrance does not meet their expectations.

  • They receive the wrong product.

  • The product is damaged during delivery.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and condition. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been prepared for shipment or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, graphics, product names, designs, and text, is the property of Basirah Scents and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Basirah Scents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, except where required by applicable law.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
